For many general practitioners, a measure of success in practice relates to how we are able to look after our patients, our work environment, collegiality and financial rewards. Education related to procedures involving dental implants is available and easily accessible today. Modifying your scope of practice by incorporating new procedures or improving existing ones stimulates interest, presents challenges and variety in daily practice.
The standard of care that is provided to our patients for most procedures should be similar regardless of whether that care is provided by a general practitioner or specialist. This program is designed for general practitioners who have various levels of experience with dental implants.
